This website is maintained by the Registrar of Companies in Iraq. Our aim is to provide useful information and assistance regarding the process of establishing an Iraqi company or registering an Iraq branch or trade representation office of a foreign company.

- Registration Forms and Instructions
The forms for registering (establishing) a domestic Iraqi company or a foreign branch or trade representation office are available on this site together with the Ministerial Instructions regarding them. We also have forms for the registration of licensed commercial agents. You can submit an application for any of these registrations on-line for a preliminary review if you like and we will notify you by e-mail of any deficiency we spot so that you can correct it before you actually submit your application and supporting documents.
- Laws and Regulations.
The Law on Companies, amended in 2004, is here, as are the Ministerial Instructions for company registration, issued in 2004 and amended in 2005. But the site contains a substantial number of other business-related laws and regulations as well, plus Iraq’s Temporary Administrative Law.
